Rich has been working in the Palm Beach area for over three decades, some of which were with founder Jim Lucas. His knowledge of codes, details and the overall architectural practice has helped transform the firm to what it is today. He has been instrumental in getting ARCOM and zoning approvals for many projects and mentoring the younger staff.

Biography

Rich Leja is the project and construction manager for the firm and is also considered to be one of the leaders in obtaining zoning and ARCOM approval in Palm Beach. He studied at Wentworth Institute in Boston earning a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering in 1972. He brings to the firm significant Palm Beach experience having worked for Eugene Lawernce of the Lawrence Group for over 31 years.

He has been active in the development of Palm Beach in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes hotels, restaurants, casinos, multi-family housing, retail, airport/transportation facilities, office buildings, higher education, K-12 education, landmark buildings and high-end single family house residences. With over 350 projects under his personal direction in the state of Florida, his career has been nothing but prominent.
