This project consists of installing a new main entrance storefront to the Main Lobbies, relocated, to allow safer access to the vehicular drive. New automatic sliding glass doors were installed for convenience and impact glazing for safety.
The main Lobbies were completely redesigned and refinished providing a modern appearance with a stone reception desk, marble flooring, new ceiling treatment and new wall coverings.
The apartment entrances and corridors were also redesigned and refinished with additional wood trim, carpet, wall covering, mirrors, new lighting and ceiling treatments
